Antique 19th Century “Doulton of Lambeth” Baluster Shaped Water Jug (circa 1882). This is an antique 19th century “Doulton of Lambeth” baluster shaped water jug (circa 1882). This is a truly beautiful item, with intricate detail throughout. This jug has a mix of navy, brown & cream colours. The cream banner around the centre frames the floral sections drawing your eye straight to them. The handle also has small flowers running from top to bottom. The Doulton of Lambeth stamp can be seen on the bottom of the jug along with HW, the union jack flag. What looks to be AC & 882. With the exception of the loss of two tiny enamelled balls as shown on the photos this is an exceptional item. This will be a beautiful addition to your home. Height: 22.5cm (9).
