An exceptional antique Doulton Lambeth salt glazed commemorative jug honouring the life of Benjamin Disraeli, Early of Beaconsfield with a relief moulded portrait to the body with crown above and with incised sayings by Disraeli with his dates of birth and death around the top rim. The jug was made for retailer John Mortlake, Oxford Street, London with impressed marks to the base and also has a diamond registry mark for 1881 and artist initials MA for Mary Aitken. We cannot and will not declare items below the sale value. This item has been fully inspected in house.
