The jug has grotesque faces to the top and the bottom of the handle and the piece is clearly influenced by the artists time with the Martin Brothers. To the base is a Doulton Lambeth impressed mark as well as incised marks for Mark Marshall and assistant artist Ethel Beard. 19.5cm high, 13cm wide – maximum, 7.5cm at the base.
