DOULTON LAMBETH JUG EGYPTIAN BATTLE SCENE with chariots, bows and arrows, a lion, a bird and a pineapple tree. DARK GREEN in colour – unusual, circa 1880. Flowers and mythological beasts embossed around rim. Impressed mark, plus’a’ plus 087 on base. Height 20 cm, width at top 10.25 cm. Good condition – no chips or cracks.
