Antique Large Royal Doulton Art Nouveau Design 4 Handle Mug C1918
This large stoneware mug, was made by Royal Doulton , circa 1918, and bears the factory marks, on the base. It has four handles and is decorated with four art nouveau flowers around the outside. It stands at 6 1/2″ high and measures 7 1/2″ in diameter including the handles. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Please see my other items for more Royal Doulton. Pair of Signed Royal Doulton Rosetta Woods Art Deco Ceramic Jugs 1920s
Gorgeous pair of signed Royal Doulton ceramic jugs. Lustrous mottled blue/green glaze to the neck, shoulders and handles; and rare swirled gilt pattern to the body. Both pieces are inscribed on the base “RW” for the artist Rosetta Woods, and they are stamped “a” for Woods’ assistant, Louisa Ayling. These marks, and the Royal Doulton mark itself, date this piece to c. They stand 17cm (6 3/4 inches) high, diameter through the middle is 14.6cm (5 3/4 inches), base diameter is 7cm (2 3/4 inches). The glaze is in perfect condition, just as it left the pottery, with no chips or cracks. There is some very small pitting to the gilt but, from its age and appearance, that seems to have been present at the time of manufacture. A Superb Fulham Pottery Stoneware Jug and Beaker Set. Monogrammed and Dated 1902
For sale today we have this wonderful Lemonade Jug and Beaker from the Fulham Pottery. Well decorated with with lots of swirling green foliates against a fawn ground. Contained within beadwork borders are roundels of flowers, while at the front is a monogram “FJB”. Dated to the front 1902.. The jug is 19 cm tall while the beaker is 11.5 cm. Marked to the base with a Fulham Pottery mark, along with an artists cypher. Overall in good condition, being free from any chips, cracks or repair. Minor loss to the raised beadwork. Gorgeous Doulton Lambeth vase by the renowned designer Frank A Butler. Four beautiful matching panels scratched and applied decoration in light blue dark blue and browns, in a typical art nouveau design. Marked as photo with the Doulton Lambeth stamp, Frank A Butler mark, the scratched letters MA forr the assistant Mary Aitken, the date 1883 and the number 625. A fantastic looking antique vase. Size :- It measure 28.5 cm / 11 1/4 inches in height and 16 cm / 6 1/4 inches across the widest point.
