Royal Doulton Lambeth stoneware hand incised & painted vase. Fine Royal Doulton stoneware hand incised & painted vase executed in the “New Style” by Maud Bowden which dates, I’d guess, to post World War I. In slightly tapering ovoid form it is depicted with hand incised and painted images of leaves and fruit in a frieze to its upper shoulder. Impressed factory & artist’s marks (assisted by Ada Tosen) to the base – See photos. 7 3/4″ (20cm) H x 4″ (10cm) W. Good, no issues to report. Personal collection on request.
