Antique Royal Doulton Lambeth Jug with Art Nouveau Decoration Shape 1462 7 1/2
This lovely Art Nouveau Royal Doulton jug is in excellent condition with no cracks or crazing and one small chip (see photos 6 & 7). It is covered in a lovely drip-type glaze with applied decoration in the Art Nouveau style. Backstamp used from 1902. It has the incised initials’GP’ and the impressed letters’gs’ – possibly Elizabeth Gadson and the shape number 1462. Please examine all photos carefully as they constitute part of the description.
