Doulton Lambeth Brown Stoneware My Friend Motto Relief Molded Figural Jug C 1900 Nice brown stoneware jug with relief molded ivory Renaissance era figures. Raised ivory and brown colored motto along the top and bottom My friend is he that love me well, but who he is I cannot tell. Impressed Doulton Lambeth England mark on the base. This mark was used between 1891 and 1902. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 7 1/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
