A 19th Century Doulton Lambeth Stoneware Jug with Applied Floral Motifs. A fine example of Doulton Lambeth Stoneware, this brown glazed jug is decorated with applied flowers and stems. Stamped’Doulton Lambeth’ with other potter’s markings. 8″ (21cm) tall and 6.5″ (17cm) in diameter. Condition Overall the jug is in very good condition. There is a small chip to one of the flower stems, and a small chip at the base of the handle, which also features a hairline crack which has not been repaired. The handle seems very stable, however.
