Royal Doulton Dewars Whisky Jug for John Dewars & Sons. 1/4 gallon whisky jug by John Dewars & Sons. By Royal Warrant to her Majesty the Queen’ (Victoria). In very good condition for a beautiful and rare piece now 126 years old. A must have for all whisky jug collectors and entusiasts. X Base Diameter 12cm x Height 15cm. Volume 1/4 Gallon (empty). This is true Silicone Ware and is stamped. Silicon Ware is fired at a higher temperature resulting in a much sturdier piece than that of Stoneware. Condition is very good throughout apart from a small bit of damage on the lip. Please note that I no longer post to Italy.
