Royal Doulton Lambeth Art Nouveau Stoneware Ewer by Louisa Wakely 1905. Classic Doulton ewer with baluster form body, elongated S-shaped handle and pinched rim. Stylized tube-lined Art Nouveau floral and foliate design around the body with a Cobalt blue glaze to foot and neck. Impressed Doulton Lambeth mark and incised monogram (LW) for Louisa Wakely. The ewer is 10 ΒΌ inches high. Louisa Wakely worked at the Doulton pottery from 1876 to 1905. The Royal Doulton impressed mark on this ewer was introduced in 1902 dating this ewer between 1902 and 1905. Excellent Condition with no cracks or chips.
