This tall square form vase features a deeply carved relief design of a brightly coloured bird high up in a tree tree of life? The tree has a blooming flower to it’s centre while the leaves are of the spade/ heart shape form so beloved of the Art Nouveau/ Arts and Crafts movements. The design is repeated to all 4 sides. Stands 9 ” tall x 3 ” square. Bears a Doulton Lambeth stamp. Incised FCP 8066 for Francis Pope.
